Easy account opening
Opened a Selfie Savings Account with Equitas a few weeks ago. The process was quite smooth, did it all from my phone, no branch visit. Funds transferred quickly. The mobile banking app is decent, not too complicated. No major issues, happy with it overall for daily use.
Good card, welcome bonus delayed
I got the ASPIRE Credit Card last month. Application was simple enough online. The card arrived in 6 days which was quick. I liked the joining fee waiver. But the welcome reward points haven't credited yet, even after a month. Hope they sort it soon.
Decent card, slow customer service
Applied for the ELEGANCE Credit Card and it was approved in about 10 days, which was fine. The card has some good dining discounts I've used already. The sign up bonus came after a few weeks, which was nice. I had an issue activating online transactions and calling customer care took quite a while to connect, almost 15 minutes. They resolved it eventually, but the wait was a bit much. Overall, a useful card with good benefits, but customer support could be faster.
